To the team at Profile Homes, Angelo and I would like to express how happy and satisfied we are with our new Flinders home and with Profile Homes.

The design process surprised us with the flexibility to move walls around with no associated costs. The selection process highlighted the quality of the standard inclusions and Profile Homes’ ability to accommodate most of our requests for options or upgrades.

We decided to get an independent building inspector in at frame, lock-up and completion for our own peace of mind as we were never going to be building again and had no idea what to look for. Profile Homes were very supportive of this and we were very pleased to find our inspector reported very few issues for rectification, which only further justified our decision to build with Profile Homes.

We would like to thank all the staff at Profile Homes, from the sales and design staff, through to the administration staff and the building supervisor. All were friendly, helpful and always followed up on requests from us.

Once again, thank you for the creation of our new house, which has already impressed some of our friends with its overall quality.

Dear Sam, we have now been living in our new home for two weeks and having settled in extremely well I thought I would pass our views on to you and your staff.

Jan and I just love the house and the quality of the build, it is everything that we had planned and I guess that having it grow almost day by day we are very familiar with how the house was all put together and it feels like we have been living in it for a very long time even though it has only been two weeks.

Of course we have had the benefit of being able to interact very closely with you and your staff, Carmel, David and Donna, and freely discuss any concerns along the way. We received wonderful service and attention to any concerns or issues that arose.

In particular I would like to mention the great job Donna did as our building supervising manager. Being at the property almost on a daily basis while the house was being built, at times I felt like I was being a bit of a pest in asking Donna about one or another particular thing that I didn’t understand about the build.

But nothing seemed to be a trouble to her and she very happily looked after any concerns or problems either Jan or I had. Donna did an excellent job and Jan and I are very appreciative that she was our building supervisor. We have already told Donna that she has done a wonderful job but felt it was important that our views are passed on to you, not just about Donna’s performance but that of Carmel and David as well, who I haven’t had the opportunity of thanking.

Please pass my thanks to them all for delivering a beautiful house to us and, of course, we extend our thanks to you as well.
